About us
Welcome to St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church!
As one Faith Family, united in the Body of Christ through the Sacraments we receive, we seek to inspire and nurture by spreading the Gospel of Jesus Christ to those we encounter in our lives.
If you are new here, please feel free to contact us with any questions! We would love to have you join our parish!
St. Thomas Aquinas' original church was founded in 1892, with its first high Mass occurring in February of that year.
Our current parish offices originally functioned as a school with classes on the first floor and sisters and boarding students on the second. The current facilities were made in 1926. The school was closed in 1972. The current church building was constructed in 1950.
Today, St. Thomas Aquinas is home for approximately 550 families in the Northeast Denton area!
